Rummet kan hyras möblerat fram tills mitten av augusti (när Morris flyttar in) * 74 kvm * Alla gemensamma ytor är fullt inredda! * Finns 3 förråd (varav 1 är i lägenheten), därmed ingen brist på förvaring! * Det finns 2 toaletter * Det finns en stor balkong precis utanför lägenheten med PERFEKT läge för solnedgångar (väst)! * 5 min gång till Lund C, nära till centrala Lund och hela campus ligger på bekvämt cykelavstånd * Läggan är inte helt färdiginredd för tillfället då jag är nyinflyttad, med andra ord kommer mysfaktorn gå upp mer med tiden **Vem vi söker:** Vi söker dig som vill hänga ute i vardagsrummet på kvällarna och bidra till en skön och öppen stämning i läggan. **Lite om oss:** Vi är 23 år gamla, jag pluggar civilingenjör (InfoCom) och Morris pluggar molekylärbiologi. The room can be rented furnished until mid-August (when Morris moves in) * 74 sqm * All common areas are fully furnished! * There are 3 storage spaces (one of which is inside the apartment), meaning there is no shortage of storage! * There are 2 bathrooms * There is a large balcony right outside the apartment with a PERFECT location for sunsets (west-facing)! * 5 min walk to Lund C, close to central Lund, and the entire campus is within comfortable cycling distance * The apartment is not completely furnished/decorated yet since I just moved in, meaning the coziness factor will only increase over time * Indoor bicycle parking is available on the ground floor **Who we are looking for:** We are looking for someone who wants to hang out in the living room in the evenings and contribute to a nice and open atmosphere in the apartment. **A bit about us:** We are 23 years old. I study engineering (Information and Communication Technology) and Morris studies molecular biology. We have many different interests, but we both enjoy working out and various sports! Music is essential to both of us, meaning you might have to put up with some good music being played or one of us playing a bit of guitar. Cooking is another shared interest, especially when done together with others! We are both outgoing, appreciate good company, and are up for most things.
